Miradores de Topocalma is an Urban Design project, where the commission was to design a Condominium on a 52 ha plot divided by deep ravines and hills that mark milestones and main views of the Topocalma Beach border.

 

The design takes origin from existing roads that had to be maintained, and a central stream where an accumulation dam will be made.

 

It is planned to subdivide 70% of the total area, freeing the rest of the land in Linear Parks between streams, linked by trails, walkways, viewpoints, barbecue areas and sports facilities.
