Marathon 1943 is located in the Metropolitan Region , in the city of Santiago. A design divided into two towers was proposed, one lower towards Avenida Marathon and the other higher set back towards the west.

The main idea was to leave the Tower low towards the street mainly to maintain a certain scale of the place and free the access floor to generate an extension of the sidewalk and deliver the space under the building as a public square visually connecting the interior park of the project with the park from the central strip of Avenida Marathon.
